What We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, plus basic technical information your browser sends when you visit.

When you contact us

When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, your preferred way to be contacted, the reason you’re reaching out, and your message.

When you book a call

When you schedule a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the time you choose, and any answers you give to the booking questions.

When you subscribe

When you subscribe to our email list, we collect your name and email address.

When you work with us

If you become a client, we may collect additional information needed to provide our services, such as business details, billing information, and access to the tools and systems we work on together. That work is also governed by our separate written agreement with you.

Technical information

Like most websites, the servers that host the Website automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the Website running, secure, and working properly.

How We Use Your Information

  • to reply to your message and follow up on your inquiry;
  • to schedule, confirm, and remind you about calls you book;
  • to send you our emails, if you subscribed;
  • to provide, invoice, and support services you engage us for; and
  • to operate, secure, and improve the Website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and Tracking

A cookie is a small piece of information stored by your web browser that lets a website recognize your browser. For more on cookies, see this article from the Federal Trade Commission.

The forms and booking calendar on the Website are provided by a third-party software provider and may use cookies to work properly, for example to remember that you’ve already submitted a form. The fonts on the Website are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser loads them.

We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics on the Website. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy before we do.

You can set your browser to reject cookies, but some parts of the Website, such as the forms and booking calendar, may not work without them. There is no uniform standard for “Do Not Track” signals, so the Website may not respond to them. If you’d rather not use the Website’s forms, you can reach us by email instead.

Email

If you subscribe, we will send you our emails, which include new articles and occasional updates from Peach. We don’t sell or rent your email address. Every email we send will clearly identify that it’s from us and include a way to unsubscribe, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act. If you continue to receive emails after unsubscribing, please contact the Privacy Officer.

Unsubscribing removes you from our routine emails. You may still receive messages about calls you’ve booked or services you’ve engaged us for.

Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Peach, we will text you about your inquiry, calls you book, and services you engage us for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of working with us.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who Sees Your Information

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run the Website and our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

  • A third-party software provider that runs our forms, booking calendar, email, and customer records;
  • our website hosting provider, which stores the Website and its server logs;
  • Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on the Website; and
  • Stripe and PayPal, which process card and online payments if you pay us for services. We do not store your card or bank details ourselves. You can also pay by check, which we deposit with our bank.

We may also disclose information when needed to work with professionals like lawyers or collection agencies to enforce our agreements, or when we are legally required to do so.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and as long as required to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address only as needed to make sure you don’t receive further marketing emails.

Aside from information we must keep for legal reasons, you can ask us to delete the information we have about you by contacting the Privacy Officer.

Securing Your Information

We use reasonable, industry-standard measures and reputable service providers to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your California Rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) protects consumers who live in California. This section applies only to California residents. The CCPA gives you:

  • the right to know about the personal information a business collects about you and how it is used and shared;
  • the right to delete personal information collected from you, with some exceptions;
  • the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
  • the right to correct inaccurate personal information a business has about you;
  • the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information collected about you; and
  • the right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.

To exercise these rights, contact the Privacy Officer. We will need to verify your identity before we release, correct, or delete your personal information. You can learn more about your privacy rights as a California resident at cppa.ca.gov.

Your European Union Rights

If you live in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right to access, correct, or erase the personal data we hold about you; to restrict or object to its processing; and to data portability. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that happened before. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact the Privacy Officer.

Children’s Privacy

The Website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen. If you believe a child has given us information, contact the Privacy Officer and we will make every reasonable effort to delete it.

Links to Other Sites

The Website may link to websites we don’t control. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. If we make a material change to what we collect, how we use or share it, or the choices available to you, we will give additional notice, such as a notice on the Website or an email to subscribers, before the change takes effect.
